What are starting blocks of an estate plan?

An estate plan is a complex undertaking and one that should be well thought out and planned, and should encompass many things, but there are three corner stone documents that you need to get into place at the bare minimum. One, a will, two a power of attorney, and three a living will. More to come on each of these essential document.
